The district contact hours certificate will need to be filled out and signed by the course instructor or your immediate supervisor. You will need to download the form and then select print.

Teacher Certification Renewal Procedures
Ed Tech Certification
Regarding Ed Tech's that have a professional teaching certificate
As long as you remain and Ed Tech, you will need to renew your certification with the State using the new online system at the DOE.
(If you become a teacher, you will go through the PDC)
You will need a total of 6 credits and they can be from college courses or contact hours or both.
15 contact hours = 1 credit.
The activities you can count will need to relate to your new teacher endorsement and when it is time to renew, you will need to upload the certificate of hours and or your transcript directly on the DOE online portal.
For now, keep track of all the activities you do, just as you have in the past.
Be aware that the DOE will be picky with the activities; they will want to know that the activities relate to your new teaching certificate.
