Students- The Board will always consider the welfare of the students as the single most important factor in making decisions.
2. Efficacy - The Board will be kept abreast of programs, curricula and assessments. 3. Budget- The Board will sponsor a district budget that supports and maintains vital programs and services. 4. Engagement- The Board will strengthen engagement with the communities.
