MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ MEETING OF August 3, 2023

Current Board Members-

North Berwick- Lauren Janousek, Kate Whalen, Joshua Tabor

Berwick- Travis Doiron, Elva Lovejoy, Peg Wheeler

Lebanon- Victoria Travers, Jeri Basko, Nancy Neubert

A meeting of the Board of Directors was held via Google Meets on August 3, 2023 at 5:45 p.m. with all members attending except Ms. Travers, Ms. Basko, Mr. Doiron and Ms. Wheeler.

There were 0 in the audience

This was a one item agenda to nominate the Director of the Mary Hurd Academy. Ms. Whalen made the motion and it was seconded by Ms. Neubert to nominate Ms. Josie Chadbourne as the Director of the Mary Hurd Academy. All members voted in favor and the motion passed.

Adjournment:

Ms. Janousek made the motion and it was seconded by Ms. Neubert to adjourn the meeting. All members voted in favor and the motion passed.
